Effective April 30 2021, Transat has begun to accept and process refunds for eligible customers whose flights were cancelled as a result of COVID-19.
Refunds will be awarded based on the following conditions
Request for Refund
Online forms will be submitted on your behalf. If your travel was booked before April 29, 2021 for scheduled travel on or after February 1, 2020, please fill in the form below to submit your request for a refund by August 9 ,2021. Please ensure to enter the correct booking reference number into the form. Transat booking number consist of 6 numbers and/ or letters or 8 numbers found at the top of your confirmation email and /or in your electronic documents. Please note that regular terms and conditions will apply to any refund requests made after August 26, 2021 at 11:59pm EST
Please complete the form or email onlineinfo@redlabelvacations.com. Please ensure that you are contacting us from the email address provided at the time of booking. Please include your booking and/or trip number and state that you would like to request a refund for your reservation.
If you don’t submit your request by August 9, 2021 you will not get a refund. The travel credit will remain on file with the same conditions and will be available when you are ready to make a new booking.
Once your refund has been automatically applied you will receive an invoice reflecting this change. Please note that requests will be processed in the order in which they are being sent and in chronological order.

Certain cruise lines were offering customers the option to keep their cruise travel credit or opt for a refund of the cruise-only portion of their vacation. Due to this, customers will only be entitled to a refund for the air portion of their cruise vacation. The Future Cruise Credit remains, as per the cruise line Terms and Conditions. Contact us for more detail if holding a cruise booking.
All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. Please contact your financial institution for further steps on how to receive payment
Yes, Petro Points will be refunded.
