Effective June 25,2021, Sunwing & Signature Vacations have begun to accept and process refunds for eligible customers whose flights were cancelled as a result of COVID-19.
Refunds will be awarded based on the following conditions:
Request for Refund
Online forms will be submitted on your behalf. If your travel was booked before June 25, 2021 for scheduled travel on or after February 1, 2020, please fill in the form below to submit your request for a refund by August 23, 2021. Please ensure to enter the correct booking number into the form. Booking numbers are 9 characters in length. Please note that regular terms and conditions will apply to any refund requests made after August 27, 2021 at 11:59pm EST.
Please complete the form or email onlineinfo@redlabelvacations.com. Please ensure that you are contacting us from the email address provided at the time of booking. Please include your booking and/or trip number and state that you would like to request a refund for your reservation.
If you don’t submit your request by August 23, 2021 you will not get a refund. The travel credit will remain on file with the same conditions and will be available when you are ready to make a new booking.
Once your refund has been automatically applied you will receive an invoice reflecting this change. Please note that requests will be processed in the order in which they are being sent and in chronological order.

If you received any portion of your Worry Free refund in the form of a travel voucher, you may request a refund in lieu of the travel voucher.
Only bookings that were provided a travel credit or that purchased the Worry Free travel protection and received travel vouchers are eligible for refunds. If you opted to redeem your Worry Free travel protection and received travel vouchers, the premium is non-refundable.
Yes, cruise bookings for travel scheduled on or after February 1, 2020 may be eligible for a refund for unused travel services, if the booking was made on or before June 25, 2021.
All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. Please contact your financial institution for further steps on how to receive payment.
