Effective June 25,2021, Sunwing & Signature Vacations have begun to accept and process refunds for eligible customers whose flights were cancelled as a result of COVID-19.

Refunds will be awarded based on the following conditions:

  • Bookings were made before June 25, 2021 for scheduled travel on or after February 1, 2020
  • Flight was cancelled as a direct result of Covid 19

Request for Refund

Online forms will be submitted on your behalf. If your travel was booked before June 25, 2021 for scheduled travel on or after February 1, 2020, please fill in the form below to submit your request for a refund by August 23, 2021. Please ensure to enter the correct booking number into the form. Booking numbers are 9 characters in length. Please note that regular terms and conditions will apply to any refund requests made after August 27, 2021 at 11:59pm EST.

How can I request a refund?

Please complete the form or email onlineinfo@redlabelvacations.com. Please ensure that you are contacting us from the email address provided at the time of booking. Please include your booking and/or trip number and state that you would like to request a refund for your reservation.

What happened if I don’t submit my refund request by the deadline?

If you don’t submit your request by August 23, 2021 you will not get a refund. The travel credit will remain on file with the same conditions and will be available when you are ready to make a new booking.

Will I be notified when my refund is processed?

Once your refund has been automatically applied you will receive an invoice reflecting this change. Please note that requests will be processed in the order in which they are being sent and in chronological order.

Are ancillary products ( seat selection, luggage, etc.) refundable?

Yes. Please make sure your request refunds by August 23, 2021.

I made a new booking with my travel credit but have not travelled yet. Can I get a refund?

Yes, you are eligible for a refund .

I made a claim through my insurance and was reimbursed, am I eligible for a refund

No, claims made through insurance are excluded from any refund-.

I made a new booking with my travel credit but have a credit balance. Is this amount refundable?

Yes, we can claim the remaining travel credit

I opted to cancel my booking using Sunwing's Worry Free travel protection instead of taking a travel credit. Can I request a refund?

If you received any portion of your Worry Free refund in the form of a travel voucher, you may request a refund in lieu of the travel voucher.

I voluntarily cancelled my non-refundable booking and was not eligible for a travel credit. Am I entitled to a refund now?

Only bookings that were provided a travel credit or that purchased the Worry Free travel protection and received travel vouchers are eligible for refunds. If you opted to redeem your Worry Free travel protection and received travel vouchers, the premium is non-refundable.

I am holding a future travel credit due to a cancelled cruise booking. Am I entitled to a refund?

Yes, cruise bookings for travel scheduled on or after February 1, 2020 may be eligible for a refund for unused travel services, if the booking was made on or before June 25, 2021.

I cancelled the credit card that I used for the original ticket purchase. How do I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. Please contact your financial institution for further steps on how to receive payment.

I originally paid with a Visa Gift Card, how will I receive my refund?
