Day 1 Arrive Ho Chi Minh City (D)
• After arrival, spend day exploring on your own.
Day 2 Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/D)
• After breakfast, drive to Cu Chi tunnels.
• Return to Ho Chi Minh City for a half-day city tour.
• Visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral.
Day 3 Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho (B/L)
• Depart Ho Chi Minh City for a scenic morning drive
along the Mekong Delta to Can Tho.
• Embark on a private cruise to the Cai Rai Floating Market.
• Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 4 Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City - Hoi An (B/L/D)
• Travel to Ho Chi Minh City by car.
• Fly to Danang.
• Drive by the Marble Mountains en route to Hoi An.
Day 5 Hoi An (B/L)
• Take a walking tour of Hoi An, the ancient trading port.
• Visit a traditional Chinese Communal House and Phuoc Kien Pagoda.
• Also tour a 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful local market.
• Visit Quan Cong Temple, Tran Family Chapel and Sa
Huynh Museum.
• Finish the day with a sunset cruise on Thu Bon River. |
Day 6 Hoi An - Danang - Hue (B/L/D)
• Depart Hoi An for the ancient capital of Hue.
• Visit the open-air Cham Museum.
• Visit the Old Imperial City and Dong Ba market.
• Enjoy a traditional Hue dinner, considered the best
of Vietnam’s cuisine.
Day 7 Hue (B/L/D)
• Morning boat cruise through the center of
Hue on the romantic Perfume River.
• Visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Tomb of Emperor
Minh Mang.
• See Imperial Tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh.
Day 8 Hue - Hanoi (B/L/D)
• Fly to Hanoi and explore the city.
• Visit One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature
and the Opera House.
• See Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph Cathedral and
Bao Tan Lich.
• Explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter on a bicycle.
Day 9 Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi (B/L)
• Cruise along Halong Bay in a traditional
wooden boat.
• Explore many little islands and caves.
• Enjoy a delicious lunch on board the cruise.
