Making a claim is easy!

If you search itravel2000.com and find that the exact trip that you purchased has dropped (and is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions), please take the following steps:

1	Verify the price of the trip by clicking on the yellow “verify” button
2	The next page is called the “Review” page. You will find a green box  towards the bottom of this page on the left titled “Price Drop ProtectionTM” Click the .
3	A page titled “Make a Price Drop ProtectionTM Claim” will pop up. Fill in the form and click “Submit”.
4	Once you submit your claim, an itravel2000 representative will review your claim. Within 2 - 3 business days the amount of your Price Drop ProtectionTM cheque will be confirmed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
5	When you depart on your vacation your Price Drop ProtectionTM cheque will be processed and mailed to you.

Key Terms & Conditions

• Only one Price Drop Protection™ claim can be made per booking
  
• Qualify Product must be for the identical departure dates, duration, supplier, flight carrier, hotel, room type and meal plan and be advertised in excess of $50 (including taxes) less than what the Customer paid. The new advertised price will be compared against the invoice of the original Qualifying Product booked by the Customer during the validation process.
  
• Customers will be responsible for initiating the Price Drop Protection™ claim through the online process
  
• If the price has dropped in excess of $50 (including taxes you are eligible to claim for your one-time adjustment)
  
• Once you submit your claim, itravel2000 will automatically capture the information on the trip page
  
• Claims must be submitted to itravel2000.com for consideration no less than 7 days prior to the departure travel date
  
• Claims received 6 days or less prior to the customers departure date will not be considered
  
• The customer must provide all required information
  
• In order for your claim to be validated the initial booking invoice must be paid in full
  
• A $50 transaction fee will be deducted per adult
  
• Pre-package vacations and cruise provided by Sunwing Vacations, Transat Holidays, Nolitours, Signature Vacations, WestJet Vacations and Sunquest Vacations.
• The adult base price including taxes on the itravel2000.com website (Advertised Price) must be in excess of $50 lower than the adult base price including taxes on the itravel2000 invoice (Invoice Price)
  
• The amount of the PDP refund cheque will be determined by the original total cost including taxes (New Total Cost) up to a maximum of $300 less a $50 transaction fee per adult.
