Terms & Conditions

We welcome you to the itravel2000 website (the "website"), which is owned and operated by 9831185 Canada Inc. (dba Itravel2000).  For the purposes of these terms & conditions, the term "you", “customer” "passenger" and "cardholder" refer to each person who purchases or receives travel services arranged through itravel2000.

Please note there is a section below entitled “Customer’s Responsibility” which we strongly recommend you read thoroughly to ensure you are aware of certain terms and conditions about travel documents that will ensure your trip goes smoothly.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: The use of this website is offered to you, the customer, conditional on your acceptance, without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

Petro - Points Redemption:

  • When redeeming for travel products with an itravel2000 Sales Agent, you must have and provide to itravel2000 a valid major credit card [i.e. MasterCard, VISA, American Express];
  • You must have sufficient PETRO-POINTS at the time of booking and you must have sufficient PETRO-POINTS when the actual transaction occurs;
  • If you do not have sufficient PETRO-POINTS, the equivalent value will be charged to the credit card provided, along with a 5% administration fee.

Credit Card Payment: Your authorization to use your credit card further indicates your acceptance of itravel2000’s terms and conditions, and those of the Airlines’/Tour Operators’/Cruise lines’ travel services you have purchased. By providing itravel2000 with authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement. In addition, you agree not to chargeback your payment for the travel services you receive.

The amount displayed for an Authorized Transaction may be different from what you actually paid, as some merchants require a temporary hold to be placed on additional funds. This is a common practice for many other merchants such as: gas stations, restaurants, and hotels. The correct amount will display when the transaction is shown as a ”Posted Transaction”.

A delay may occur between the time a transaction is settled and removed from “Authorized Transactions”, and when it appears in “Posted Transactions”. Some transactions may appear as both an Authorized and a Posted Transaction until settled.

When applying a Visa debit or bank debit (Interac) card for payment, in the event of a cancellation, your funds may be held up to 60 days by your financial institution. We strongly recommend an alternative form of payment, such as any major credit card, to avoid any such delay and inconvenience.

If you are using a foreign or a third party credit card to make your booking, we may contact you by email or telephone to collect more information. Since itravel2000 is a Canadian company, passengers using foreign credit cards may be charged a foreign transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee from their financial institution. Also note, this foreign transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee can apply to Canadian credit card holders if the booking is made with one of our foreign-based (i.e. US, Europe, etc.) suppliers. We do not take any responsibility for foreign transaction fees and/or currency conversion fees.

itravel2000 is a Canadian website that deals with many international vendors. Some of the pricing displayed is in a foreign currency (USD, Euros, GB Pounds), and if this is the case, it will be noted next to the price. In some cases, particularly with flight bookings on foreign carriers, the price may be shown in Canadian dollars but you will be charged in that airline’s local currency (USD, Euros, GB Pounds). In this case, the exchange rate used to convert the amount of your transaction into Canadian dollars is based on the exchange rate for the day you made your booking, however the final amount charged to your credit card will depend on the exchange rate that your credit card company is using. itravel2000 does not have any control over the foreign transaction fees charged by credit card companies.

Please note, the billing address provided as part of the transaction must be the one associated with the credit card. If we are unable to validate the billing address, your booking will be cancelled with or without prior notice.

Refunds: No refund will be made for unused travel services or any unused portion of the services. Any changes to your booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator, airline, or cruise line as stated in their brochure or on their website.  Cruise lines from time to time must change itineraries, skip ports of call or even substitute vessels for safety, weather, or other reasons.  These events are beyond the control of itravel2000 and the cruise lines and are not subject to compensation or refunds.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of Go Wise Travel Insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. Please check your invoice. If charges for an insurance policy are not listed or an insurance policy number is not noted, you have elected to DECLINE travel insurance. If you would like to purchase some peace of mind for a low cost, please contact us immediately at 1.866.WOW.DEAL (969.3325).

Cuba Travellers: Travel insurance is mandatory for travel to Cuba. You will be asked to provide proof of travel insurance upon arrival in Cuba, otherwise you may be required to purchase locally.

Currency: Prices displayed on the itravel2000 website are in Canadian Dollars. However, cruise prices will be shown in US dollars or Canadian dollars. Some supplier rates are quoted to itravel2000 in U.S dollars or other currencies.  The amount(s) listed on the invoice is converted into Canadian Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of invoice. Sometimes, payments processed at a later date to your credit card may have a different exchange rate than the one calculated at the time of booking, which will be applied either by the supplier or your credit card company. itravel2000 is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor does it guarantee the Canadian equivalent of the purchase will be the same, as this is beyond our control.

Price Increases: For Ontario and Quebec residents, in accordance with travel regulations, where there is an increase of more than 7 per cent in the price of services after a deposit has been paid, and such price increase is not a result of an increase in government taxes or a fuel surcharge allowed by the Canadian Transportation Agency, the customer may cancel their booking provided you contact itravel2000 within 7 days of receipt of notice of the increase.

Pricing Errors: itravel2000 sources its prices from several systems not controlled by itravel2000.  Occasionally, suppliers have an incorrect price for a flight, package, cruise, etc. If the price is incorrect, the tour operator or supplier has the right to cancel that booking and itravel2000 has no control over these pricing errors.

Price Changes: Prices displayed on itravel2000’s website may change during the same session. This may be the result of an unavoidable delay between the third party service provider and the most current tour operator, airline, consolidator, or hotel price.  If you disconnect from our site, and return later, prices could change at your next visit to the site.

Special Requests: If you make a special request for a room allocation, adjoining rooms, bed type, airline seating, etc. please note that these requests are not guaranteed, and itravel2000 cannot be held responsible for requests that are not granted.

Car Rentals: If a car rental is included in your booking, please be aware that car rental companies, and governments in every jurisdiction, determine the minimum age that applies to your booking.  If the driver does not meet the minimum age requirement in a particular jurisdiction, the car rental will be denied.  Also, please be aware that you will need a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card for any car rental. Some local fees and taxes may be applicable to be paid locally and are not covered by itravel2000.

Liability: itravel2000, in its capacity as a travel agency, makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as flights, cruises, hotels, package holidays and car rentals. The services arranged by itravel2000 are subject to the conditions imposed by these individual suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions.

itravel2000 does not own, manage, operate or control any vehicle, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restaurant, or other supplier of services, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. itravel2000 does not guarantee any suppliers’ rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or protection of personal belongings.

itravel2000 assumes no responsibility for the actions of its suppliers, i.e. airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, car rental companies, etc. for overbooking, route changes, cancellation or delays. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.

itravel2000 will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any person other than our agency and our employees acting on our behalf.

itravel2000 shall not be liable for any damages due to illness, theft, labour action, acts of God, mechanical failure, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or act of terrorism, or other event beyond our control.

Customer’s Responsibility:

Minimum Age: You confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to book travel services on behalf of yourself and on behalf of all those included in your booking.  Many cruise lines have a minimum age of 21 in a cabin without an accompanying adult of at least 25 years of age (ages and terms may vary). Most hotels also have a minimum age requirement. Check with the cruise line or hotel for their policy prior to booking.

Fraudulent Activity: You agree not to make any speculative or fraudulent reservation on this site.

If we find your booking shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, itravel2000 may cancel any bookings associated with your name and/or email address.  If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, itravel2000 will take legal action and you may be liable for any losses to itravel2000, including legal costs and damages.  To contest the cancellation of a booking please contact itravel2000’s Customer Service team.

Correct Spelling On Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and corresponds to the names listed on the passport of each person on the booking. These exact spellings will appear on your ticket(s) and if they are incorrect, you may be refused travel by the airline, cruise line, or immigration authorities.

Correct Documentation: Please contact the Consulate, Embassy, or government website of your travel destination and airline to ensure you have the correct travel documents required to travel to every country you will visit on your itinerary including the United States. Depending on the country of origin of your passport, you may be restricted from travel to some destinations, or you may require a visa that must be arranged well ahead of time. Please be aware that many countries now require that a passport be valid for 6 MONTHS after the date of return of your trip.  Please check the government website of the country you are travelling to.

Although itravel2000 has given certain advice about the relevant laws, customs and travel documentation required for your travel destination and your return to Canada, it is your responsibility to be aware of and prepared for all legal, documentation, health, and other requirements of the destination you are travelling to. Documentation to Return to Canada: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate documentation (passport, visa, permanent resident card, etc.) to re-enter Canada upon your return.

Special Needs Travellers: At itravel2000 we value the needs of all our clients and want to ensure your vacation is accessible for you and those travelling with you.  If anyone on your booking requires accommodation for accessibility needs, please call itravel2000 at the time of booking or immediately after booking at 1.866.WOW.DEAL (969.3325), or via e-mail to customercare@itravel2000.com, so that we may assist you with notifying the relevant suppliers and making the necessary arrangements.

Review Tickets and Invoice: Please thoroughly review your invoice, tickets, and itinerary to make sure all dates, times, products are exactly what you requested and that your names are all exactly as on your passports.  By your payment to itravel2000 for travel services you acknowledge you have reviewed and accepted our terms and conditions.  If you have booked a cruise, please be sure to fill out any required personal information by the cruise line in advance of your trip, according to the requirements of that cruise line.

Flights & Baggage Restrictions: We recommend you check the website of your airline for check-in and cut-off times prior to departure for your flight and destination. You should also contact your airline to determine if there is any charge for checked baggage, excess baggage, as well as any weight and carry-on requirements specific to your airline, or your carry-on items could be refused. You should also check what items are permitted in your carry-on luggage.

Flight Reconfirmation: Flight times are subject to change. Please be sure to reconfirm all flight times 12 - 24 hours prior to departure by contacting your airline or checking their website.

Hotel Check-in/Check-out times: Every hotel has standard check in and check out times.  We are not able to make special arrangements for our customers outside this policy.  Generally the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of the return flight, regardless of the flight time.  Note that some flights may leave as late as a few hours after midnight.  The check-out time for these flights is still 12 noon the previous day.  Late check-outs are subject to supplementary charges paid to the individual hotel locally.

Hotel Terms and Conditions:

  • All Prices quoted based on the Hotels system and may vary based on current daily exchange rates
  • Most itravel2000 hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation
  • If your hotel is to be paid locally, please note that the price shown does NOT include any applicable hotel taxes. Exact taxes and any other charges applicable to your hotel stay will be billed by the hotel. Most hotels are charged locally upon check out unless otherwise specified or charged to your credit card
  • Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service, etc.
  • itravel2000 hotel rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra persons (including children) may apply and will be due directly to the hotel
  • Any changes to, or cancellation of, an itravel2000 hotel reservation may result in 100% penalties and/or administration fees
  • No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given
  • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • For any hotel changes and cancellations please contact 1.866.WOW.DEAL (969.3325)

Cruise Line Departure Times: Cruise lines must adhere to their departure times from port.  It is highly recommended you allow sufficient time to get to your cruise to allow for any flight delays.  You may choose to travel the day before your cruise with an overnight in their port of embarkation to ensure you are on time for the departure. 

Cruise Line Flights: If you have elected to buy flights arranged by your cruise line, please be aware that cruise lines do not confirm airlines, routing, dates and times until two or three weeks prior to departure.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact itravel2000 immediately.  All cancellations are subject to charges according to the airline, supplier, insurance company, and cruise line cancellation policies, which will be determined by the amount of time before departure that you cancel. Please note that in the event of a partial or full refund, taxes, fees and charges are NOT refunded by the supplier.

Changes to a Booking: Any changes to a booking may be subject to an administration fee. Change of name, date, hotel, airline, cruise line, stateroom, etc.  are considered cancellations and will result in cancellation penalties which vary by company. Failure to travel as booked for any reason will be subject to 100% cancellation penalty for all suppliers on the booking. Some airline tickets cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.

Local Customs and Holidays in Your Destination: Please be aware that every country has its own local customs, holidays, holiday closures, etc.  Please check the tourist board website for your destination to be aware of any customs or holidays that may affect your vacation. 

Customer Claims: You must notify itravel2000, via e-mail at customerservice@itravel2000.com or by mail to the address indicated below, of any claim you may have against itravel2000, within 30 days from the event giving rise to the claim. Should you not file a written complaint with itravel2000 within 30 days of the end of your vacation or use of the travel services obtained through this website, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the services delivered to you. You may not commence any legal proceeding against itravel2000 unless you have submitted a notice as set out above.

This website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Flights & Baggage Restrictions: We recommend you check the website of your airline for check-in and cut-off times prior to departure for your flight and destination. You should also contact your airline to determine if there is any charge for checked baggage, excess baggage, as well as any weight and carry-on requirements specific to your airline, or your carry-on items could be refused. You should also check what items are permitted in your carry-on luggage.

Flight Reconfirmation: Flight times are subject to change. Please be sure to reconfirm all flight times 12 - 24 hours prior to departure by contacting your airline or checking their website.

Hotel Check-in/Check-out times: Every hotel has standard check in and check out times.  We are not able to make special arrangements for our customers outside this policy.  Generally the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of the return flight, regardless of the flight time.  Note that some flights may leave as late as a few hours after midnight.  The check-out time for these flights is still 12 noon the previous day.  Late check-outs are subject to supplementary charges paid to the individual hotel locally.

Hotel Terms and Conditions:

  • All Prices quoted based on the Hotels system and may vary based on current daily exchange rates
  • Most itravel2000 hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation
  • If your hotel is to be paid locally, please note that the price shown does NOT include any applicable hotel taxes. Exact taxes and any other charges applicable to your hotel stay will be billed by the hotel. Most hotels are charged locally upon check out unless otherwise specified or charged to your credit card
  • Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service, etc.
  • itravel2000 hotel rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra persons (including children) may apply and will be due directly to the hotel
  • Any changes to, or cancellation of, an itravel2000 hotel reservation may result in 100% penalties and/or administration fees
  • No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given
  • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

Cruise Line Departure Times: Cruise lines must adhere to their departure times from port.  It is highly recommended you allow sufficient time to get to your cruise to allow for any flight delays.  You may choose to travel the day before your cruise with an overnight in their port of embarkation to ensure you are on time for the departure. 

Cruise Line Flights: If you have elected to buy flights arranged by your cruise line, please be aware that cruise lines do not confirm airlines, routing, dates and times until two or three weeks prior to departure.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact itravel2000 immediately.  All cancellations are subject to charges according to the airline, supplier, insurance company, and cruise line cancellation policies, which will be determined by the amount of time before departure that you cancel. Please note that in the event of a partial or full refund, taxes, fees and charges are NOT refunded by the supplier.

Changes to a Booking: Any changes to a booking may be subject to an administration fee. Change of name, date, hotel, airline, cruise line, stateroom, etc.  are considered cancellations and will result in cancellation penalties which vary by company. Failure to travel as booked for any reason will be subject to 100% cancellation penalty for all suppliers on the booking. Some airline tickets cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.

Local Customs and Holidays in Your Destination: Please be aware that every country has its own local customs, holidays, holiday closures, etc.  Please check the tourist board website for your destination to be aware of any customs or holidays that may affect your vacation. 

Customer Claims: You must notify itravel2000, via e-mail at customerservice@itravel2000.com or by mail to the address indicated below, of any claim you may have against itravel2000, within 30 days from the event giving rise to the claim. Should you not file a written complaint with itravel2000 within 30 days of the end of your vacation or use of the travel services obtained through this website, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the services delivered to you. You may not commence any legal proceeding against itravel2000 unless you have submitted a notice as set out above.

This website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

We welcome you to the itravel2000 website (the "website"), which is owned and operated by 9831185 Canada Inc. (dba Itravel2000).  For the purposes of these terms & conditions, the term "you", “customer” "passenger" and "cardholder" refer to each person who purchases or receives travel services arranged through itravel2000.

Please note there is a section below entitled “Customer’s Responsibility” which we strongly recommend you read thoroughly to ensure you are aware of certain terms and conditions about travel documents that will ensure your trip goes smoothly.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: The use of this website is offered to you, the customer, conditional on your acceptance, without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

Petro - Points Redemption:

  • When redeeming for travel products with an itravel2000 Sales Agent, you must have and provide to itravel2000 a valid major credit card [i.e. MasterCard, VISA, American Express];

Credit Card Payment: Your authorization to use your credit card further indicates your acceptance of itravel2000’s terms and conditions, and those of the Airlines’/Tour Operators’/Cruise lines’ travel services you have purchased. By providing itravel2000 with authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement. In addition, you agree not to chargeback your payment for the travel services you receive.

The amount displayed for an Authorized Transaction may be different from what you actually paid, as some merchants require a temporary hold to be placed on additional funds. This is a common practice for many other merchants such as: gas stations, restaurants, and hotels. The correct amount will display when the transaction is shown as a ”Posted Transaction”.

A delay may occur between the time a transaction is settled and removed from “Authorized Transactions”, and when it appears in “Posted Transactions”. Some transactions may appear as both an Authorized and a Posted Transaction until settled.

When applying a Visa debit or bank debit (Interac) card for payment, in the event of a cancellation, your funds may be held up to 60 days by your financial institution. We strongly recommend an alternative form of payment, such as any major credit card, to avoid any such delay and inconvenience.

If you are using a foreign or a third party credit card to make your booking, we may contact you by email or telephone to collect more information. Since itravel2000 is a Canadian company, passengers using foreign credit cards may be charged a foreign transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee from their financial institution. Also note, this foreign transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee can apply to Canadian credit card holders if the booking is made with one of our foreign-based (i.e. US, Europe, etc.) suppliers. We do not take any responsibility for foreign transaction fees and/or currency conversion fees.

itravel2000 is a Canadian website that deals with many international vendors. Some of the pricing displayed is in a foreign currency (USD, Euros, GB Pounds), and if this is the case, it will be noted next to the price. In some cases, particularly with flight bookings on foreign carriers, the price may be shown in Canadian dollars but you will be charged in that airline’s local currency (USD, Euros, GB Pounds). In this case, the exchange rate used to convert the amount of your transaction into Canadian dollars is based on the exchange rate for the day you made your booking, however the final amount charged to your credit card will depend on the exchange rate that your credit card company is using. itravel2000 does not have any control over the foreign transaction fees charged by credit card companies.

Please note, the billing address provided as part of the transaction must be the one associated with the credit card. If we are unable to validate the billing address, your booking will be cancelled with or without prior notice.

Refunds: No refund will be made for unused travel services or any unused portion of the services. Any changes to your booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator, airline, or cruise line as stated in their brochure or on their website.  Cruise lines from time to time must change itineraries, skip ports of call or even substitute vessels for safety, weather, or other reasons.  These events are beyond the control of itravel2000 and the cruise lines and are not subject to compensation or refunds.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of Go Wise Travel Insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. Please check your invoice. If charges for an insurance policy are not listed or an insurance policy number is not noted, you have elected to DECLINE travel insurance. Cuba Travellers: Travel insurance is mandatory for travel to Cuba. You will be asked to provide proof of travel insurance upon arrival in Cuba, otherwise you may be required to purchase locally.

Currency: Prices displayed on the itravel2000 website are in Canadian Dollars. However, cruise prices will be shown in US dollars or Canadian dollars. Some supplier rates are quoted to itravel2000 in U.S dollars or other currencies.  The amount(s) listed on the invoice is converted into Canadian Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of invoice. Sometimes, payments processed at a later date to your credit card may have a different exchange rate than the one calculated at the time of booking, which will be applied either by the supplier or your credit card company. itravel2000 is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor does it guarantee the Canadian equivalent of the purchase will be the same, as this is beyond our control.

Price Increases: For Ontario and Quebec residents, in accordance with travel regulations, where there is an increase of more than 7 per cent in the price of services after a deposit has been paid, and such price increase is not a result of an increase in government taxes or a fuel surcharge allowed by the Canadian Transportation Agency, the customer may cancel their booking provided you contact itravel2000 within 7 days of receipt of notice of the increase.

Pricing Errors: itravel2000 sources its prices from several systems not controlled by itravel2000.  Occasionally, suppliers have an incorrect price for a flight, package, cruise, etc. If the price is incorrect, the tour operator or supplier has the right to cancel that booking and itravel2000 has no control over these pricing errors.

Price Changes: Prices displayed on itravel2000’s website may change during the same session. This may be the result of an unavoidable delay between the third party service provider and the most current tour operator, airline, consolidator, or hotel price.  If you disconnect from our site, and return later, prices could change at your next visit to the site.

Special Requests: If you make a special request for a room allocation, adjoining rooms, bed type, airline seating, etc. please note that these requests are not guaranteed, and itravel2000 cannot be held responsible for requests that are not granted.

Car Rentals: If a car rental is included in your booking, please be aware that car rental companies, and governments in every jurisdiction, determine the minimum age that applies to your booking.  If the driver does not meet the minimum age requirement in a particular jurisdiction, the car rental will be denied.  Also, please be aware that you will need a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card for any car rental. Some local fees and taxes may be applicable to be paid locally and are not covered by itravel2000.

Liability: itravel2000, in its capacity as a travel agency, makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as flights, cruises, hotels, package holidays and car rentals. The services arranged by itravel2000 are subject to the conditions imposed by these individual suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions.

itravel2000 does not own, manage, operate or control any vehicle, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restaurant, or other supplier of services, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. itravel2000 does not guarantee any suppliers’ rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or protection of personal belongings.

itravel2000 assumes no responsibility for the actions of its suppliers, i.e. airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, car rental companies, etc. for overbooking, route changes, cancellation or delays. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.

itravel2000 will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any person other than our agency and our employees acting on our behalf.

itravel2000 shall not be liable for any damages due to illness, theft, labour action, acts of God, mechanical failure, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or act of terrorism, or other event beyond our control.

Customer’s Responsibility:

Minimum Age: You confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to book travel services on behalf of yourself and on behalf of all those included in your booking.  Many cruise lines have a minimum age of 21 in a cabin without an accompanying adult of at least 25 years of age (ages and terms may vary). Most hotels also have a minimum age requirement. Check with the cruise line or hotel for their policy prior to booking.

Fraudulent Activity: You agree not to make any speculative or fraudulent reservation on this site.

If we find your booking shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, itravel2000 may cancel any bookings associated with your name and/or email address.  If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, itravel2000 will take legal action and you may be liable for any losses to itravel2000, including legal costs and damages.  To contest the cancellation of a booking please contact itravel2000’s Customer Service team.

Correct Spelling On Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and corresponds to the names listed on the passport of each person on the booking. These exact spellings will appear on your ticket(s) and if they are incorrect, you may be refused travel by the airline, cruise line, or immigration authorities.

Correct Documentation: Please contact the Consulate, Embassy, or government website of your travel destination and airline to ensure you have the correct travel documents required to travel to every country you will visit on your itinerary including the United States. Depending on the country of origin of your passport, you may be restricted from travel to some destinations, or you may require a visa that must be arranged well ahead of time. Please be aware that many countries now require that a passport be valid for 6 MONTHS after the date of return of your trip.  Please check the government website of the country you are travelling to.

Although itravel2000 has given certain advice about the relevant laws, customs and travel documentation required for your travel destination and your return to Canada, it is your responsibility to be aware of and prepared for all legal, documentation, health, and other requirements of the destination you are travelling to.
