Please be advised that any travel product or service that customers acquire through ITRAVEL2000.COM creates a contractual relationship between the Customer and the Tour Operator/Airline. ITRAVEL2000.COM acts as an agent for the Tour Operator/Airline which is providing the Customer with travel products or services purchased through ITRAVEL2000.COM.

ITRAVEL2000.COM is careful to select Tour Operators/Airlines that are reputable, and if customers are not pleased with the product or service provided by a particular Tour Operator/Airline, we would like to know. However, please be advised that under no circumstances does ITRAVEL2000.COM accept legal responsibility or liability for your dissatisfaction or complaints with the product or services provided by Tour Operators/Airlines. For more information regarding the terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship with a Tour Operator/Airline, customers should reference the information contained in Tour Operators/Airlines' brochures or Web sites.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review and understand this information, and inform themselves of the terms and conditions governing their contract with a Tour Operator/Airline. Customers requiring assistance in obtaining this information can contact an ITRAVEL2000.COM representative. You will be responsible for reconfirming with the Airline 24 hours prior to departure and on the day of departure. Failure to contact the airline in regards to reconfirming the airline times and details may result in a flight being missed. ITRAVEL2000.com does not accept legal responsibility or liability for your dissatisfaction or complaints with the product or services provided by Tour Operators/Airlines.

Canadian Dollar Conversions of Purchase Values:
The amount(s) listed in the invoice is converted into Canadian Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of invoice. Payments processed at a later date may have a different exchange rate which will be applied either by the supplier or through your credit card company. This movement may cause a variation from the quoted price in Canadian dollars. Itravel2000 is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor guarantees the Canadian equivalent of the purchase will be the same. The website cannot be held responsible for any variation and upon accepting the payment policies you acknowledge to have been informed of the exchange rate fluctuation and declare your agreement to the corresponding charge being made in the suppliers’ native currency.

Insurance Policy:
As per the invoice, if charges for an Insurance Policy is not listed or an Insurance Policy Number is not noted, you have elected to DECLINE travel insurance. If you would like to purchase some peace of mind for a low cost, please feel free to contact your agent directly for further information

Deposit Bookings:
For any deposit amount received, the full amount due will be automatically charged on your credit card by the Tour Operator per the above due date or Early Booking Bonus due date if applicable could be charged up to 3 business days earlier than date indicated on invoice . If the form of payment is to be different than what was originally provided, we will require this information 2 weeks prior to the due date mentioned please contact Operations at extension # 4442 or email address anju@itravel2000.com .

Early Booking Bonus:
Packages that include the Early Booking Bonus (EBB) pricing option will require payment to be made at the EBB date, as opposed to the final balance date as currently displayed. In the event that your package selected includes the EBB pricing option, we will notify you within 5 bus days of the EBB payment due date in order to exercise this promo option. Alternatively you may select the regular final balance payment date at the regular package pricing.

Pricing Discrepancies:
For any Prices that may appear to be incorrect are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Tour Operator. The Tour Operators has the legal right to cancel the booking at anytime without prior notice. Please contact an agent prior to booking and refer to the brochure for full details or pricing.

Cruise Line Air:
Cruise lines air schedules will not be released until 30 days prior to sailing. Prior to that time we are not aware of the carrier being used or the routing. If you would prefer to travel with a specific carrier or request a direct flight an air customization fee will be charged. Your request may incur additional charges based on availability. Please speak with your agent for further details.

Duration of Travel/Special Events:
For all durations, please note the number of nights are based on the travel dates and not the hotel check in or check out dates. For odd durations, some hotels may require an early check out and the hotel will charge additional funds. Please refer to the brochure for full details. Please note that Holy Week in the Domican Republic occurs within the last week of March and first two weeks of April. During this time, most resorts/hotels do not offernightly entertainment or water sports.

If Car Rentals are Included:
For all durations, please note the car rentals, if included have a minimum age requirement before picking up the car. If you do not meet the governments minimum age of requirement, you may be denied the rental or have to pay for additional charges. It is your responsibility to follow up with the car rental company for the mimimum age requirement required for each Country, Province or State.

Special Requests:
Special Requests, for example, room allocation, adjoining rooms, bed preferences, in-flight meal requirements, in-flight seating requirements, etc., cannot be guaranteed by the TOUR OPERATOR/AIRLINE. While the Tour Operator/Airline will attempt to accommodate such special requests, the Tour Operator/Airline cannot be held responsible if such special requests cannot be fulfilled.

Baggage:
Due to market conditions, please contact the airline directly or visit them on their website as baggage may be a chargeable option. UNLESS INSURED, ALL BAGGAGE REMAINS AT THE OWNER'S RISK THROUGHOUT THE TRIP.

Effective September 26, 2006 at 4:00 a.m. EDT, Transport Canada has announced the following changes to the current restrictions on carry-on baggage, until further notice. Guests will be permitted to bring liquids, gels and aerosols through security screening at Canadian airports provided that the items are packaged in containers with a capacity of 90 ml/90 grams/3 oz or less. The containers must fit comfortably in one clear, closed and re-sealable plastic bag (such as a Ziploc) with a capacity of no more than 1 litre (7" x 8" or 6" x 9"). One bag per guest will be permitted.

Baby formula, baby food and milk, when guests are travelling with a child aged two years or under, as well as prescription medicine and essential non-prescription medicines are exempt from the container size restrictions and are not required to be placed in a plastic bag. However, all such items not in a bag or in containers over 90 ml/90 grams/3 oz. must be declared to screening authorities.

Reminder: Containers of liquids, aerosols or gels in your carry-on must be 100 ml or less. All containers must fit in 1 clear, closed, re-sealable plastic bag no more than 1 litre in capacity.

At time of check-in, Customer service agents will give guests the option to remove any restricted items, which are not in a clear, re-sealable plastic bag from their carry-on baggage and place them in their checked baggage with the exception of cigarette lighters. These restrictions currently apply to all flights including trans-border into the U.S., domestic and international. Due to possible delays at security screening, guests are advised to check in a minimum of two hours prior to departure.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL CANADIAN CITIZENS TO OBTAIN THEIR PASSPORTS BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2006.

Additional Information:

Any fees, levies, service charges, taxes or other charges are 100% nonrefundable. The value of booking is based at the time of booking. Any price changes do not affect the value of this invoice and no monies will either be credited or debited unless changes to bookings have occurred.

Hotel Terms and Conditions :

Prepaid Hotel:

• All Prices quoted based on the Hotels system and may vary based on current daily exchange rates.
• All itravel2000 hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation.
• Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service.
• itravel2000 Hotel rates are based on double occupancy, charges for extra persons (including children) may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
• Any changes to or cancellation of a itravel2000 reservation will result in cancellation or change fees ranging from a minimum of $25.00 to the total amount of your stay.
• No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.
• Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Locally Paid Hotel:

• All Prices quoted based on the Hotels system and may vary based on current daily exchange rates.
• Please note that the price shown above does NOT include any applicable hotel taxes. Exact taxes and any other charges applicable to your hotel stay will be billed by the hotel. Most hotels are charged locally upon check out unless otherwise specified or charged to your credit card.

Attractions/Activity Terms and Conditions :

• Product Validity: Products are valid as per the dates displayed on the brochure pages.
• Payment: Credit cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
• Correct Spelling of Names, Titles: All names, titles and initials of those traveling should be correctly given at the time of booking. Changes cannot be made at a later date.
• Modifications/Amendments: All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the itravel2000/Viator Customer Service Department who will implement the request. An requests will attract a fee of $25.00USD per booking. The amendment fee will be charged in the same currency as the booking transaction.
• Refunds: Prior to Departure Please refer to the cancellation fees listed at section 6 below. Most attractions are 100% non-refundable. After Departure No refunds are available once a tour is commenced or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
• Cancellation Charges: Canceling a booking with itravel2000/Viator may result in cancellation fees being applied. itravel2000/Viator will charge cancellation fees as stated below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier/operator above and beyond the fees outlined below. When cancelling the booking you will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
• Events and Attractions Any cancellation on event and attraction tickets/passes attract a fee equal to 100% the value of the booking.
• Prices: Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. Prices are based on the local tariffs at the time of quoting converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
• Not Included: Any applicable foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger facility charges and international transportation tax. Tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, and local guides; passports; visa; baggage and personal insurance; beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product (these items are billed to you before leaving the hotel/restaurant); and all other items of a personal nature.
• Accuracy: We check and recheck facts about the travel product offered to ensure accuracy. When we are told in advance of a significant change to a booking, we notify the consumer/travel agent/distributor.
• Travel Voucher(s): Viator vouchers for each booking segment will be provided.
• Booking Arrangements: In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of itravel2000/Viator.

• You must have sufficient PETRO-POINTS at the time of booking and you must have sufficient PETRO-POINTS when the actual transaction occurs.
• If you do not have sufficient PETRO-POINTS, the equivalent value will be charged to the credit card provided, along with a 5% administration fee.
