HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Beginning at 12:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of each month, entrants can enter the Sign Up to Win Contest (the "Contest") by entering an online ballot at http://www.itravel2000.com All entries must include your first and last name, departure city, e-mail address and daytime phone number with area code. Limit of one entry per e-mail address per person. In the event it is discovered that any individual has attempted to enter the Contest more than once, all of that individual’s entries (past and future) will be disqualified from this Contest. Any use of automated devices is prohibited. The Sponsor of this Contest is itravel2000 (the "Sponsor").

CONTEST CLOSING DATE
Entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm ET on the 14th of each month (the "Contest Closing Date").

PRIZE
One (1) individual Prize available to be won, consisting of a trip for 2 to a RESORT of itravel2000s choosing in Mexico or the Caribbean.

The Grand Prize package consists of:

• 2 round trip economy seats departing from (Toronto, Halifax, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg or Vancouver, based on seasonality and availability) to Mexico or the Caribbean.
• 7 nights all inclusive stay in a standard room at aRESORT of itravel2000s choosingin of itravel2000s choosing

The sponsor will make a random draw from eligible entries on the 15th of each month (see details below).

Note: Winner and his/her guest shall be responsible for all travel and medical insurance for the duration of the trip, ground transportation to and from the airport, gratuities, applicable taxes, incidentals and any and all other expenses not specified in the description of the Grand Prize. Winner and guest must travel together and depart from Toronto, Halifax, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg or Vancouver, based on seasonality and availability. Winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers (visas, passports, tourist cards, etc.) or proper identification for country of travel are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of, the prize trip. Both tickets must be used on the same itinerary. Standard blackout periods apply, including statuary holidays and spring break. Travel insurance is mandatory and must be purchased at time of booking. All required documentation for the prize will be sent via courier directly to the selected entrant’s home only after the selected entrant has met the eligibility requirements outlined in these Contest Rules and Regulations and the Official Contest Declaration and Release Form has been signed by the selected entrant and his/her guest, and returned to and received by itravel2000. Winner’s guest must have reached the age of majority in his/her province of residence by the draw date to be able to participate in the prize trip. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been made.

Approximate retail value of the prize is up to $5000.00CAD based on sample departure from Toronto, Ontario. Prize value is the approximate retail value the supplier provided 30 days before the start of the Contest. The prize as described is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. At their election, and in the event the prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater retail value should the prize become unavailable due to any reason. itravel2000 reserves the right to substitute the awarded prize at any time. Travel arrangements must be made directly with itravel2000. Prize trip must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsors in their sole discretion or the prize will be forfeited.

THE DRAW
itravel2000 judges at the itravel2000 office in Mississauga, Ontario will make a random draw at approximately 2:00 PM ET from on or before the 15th of each month.

The first attempt to contact selected entrant by telephone from the itravel2000 offices in Mississauga, Ontario will be within Two (2) business days of the draw date. In order to win the Grand Prize, each selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid and sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted and the skill-testing question administered within Five (5) business days of the first attempt to contact the selected entrant, the entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected. The selected entrant’s traveling companion will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form.

The chances of being selected in the Contest draw depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside by the draw date excluding: residents of the province of Québec; employees of the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of the Contest materials, or those living in the same household as any of the above.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Contest entries become the property of itravel2000 and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrant(s), and those who request a complete set of Contest Rules and Regulations by mailing their request to: Sign Up To Win Contest, 5560 Explorer Drive Mississauga, Ontario L4W 5M3.and including a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope. By entering the Contest, the selected entrant consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence and image on videotape and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by any one or all of the Sponsors with respect to this Contest, without further notice or compensation.

By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements.

By entering this Contest electronically and voluntarily providing your personal information, entrants consent and agree to the Sponsor’s collection and use of the entrant’s information for the administration of this Contest and agree to Sponsor’s use of entrant information for the purpose of contacting entrant in relation to this Contest. Entrant’s information may be revoked at any time (without revoking entrant’s participation in the Contest or impairing entrant’s chances of winning) by submitting entrant’s email address to "unsubscribe" at http://www.itravel2000.com/Unsubscribe.aspx or by writing to the Sponsors at the address above.

Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent and related companies, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies and directors, officers, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Contest and the awarding, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, including liability for personal injury or damage to property.

The Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed/corrupted data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, any inability to access the site, or damage to a user’s system occasioned by participating in the Contest, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations.

No responsibility will be taken by itravel2000 for any failure of the website during the Contest or for any problems or technical malfunction or other failures of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by itravel2000 on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, itravel2000 reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate, modify in any way or suspend this Contest for any reason prior to the Contest Closing Date without notice.
