Q - What are eDocuments? eDocuments are electronic documents that are sent via Email to the email address provided during the booking process. These documents will be required in order to check in and present at the airline counter for your flights and to present to the hotel for your land stay, if requested.
Q - Who offers eDocuments? The following Tour Operators offer eDocuments for most destinations: Sunwing Vacations, Sunquest Vacations, Albatours, Transat Holidays, Nolitours, Tours Mont Royal, Conquest
Q - Who do I contact if I have not received my eDocuments? Please Email ticketing@itravel2000.com to Send eDocuments, if applicable. You MUST provide your Booking Confirmation and/or Invoice Number.
Q - Will I receive tickets and documents via email? When documents are ready and the booking is paid in full, you will receive your eDocuments via email or via the suppliers website, please read below.
Q - When will tickets be issued? Tickets are issued 14-21 days prior to departure, if the booking is paid in full.
Q - Can passengers check-in at the airport and/or hotel without an edoc? No, eDocs must be shown at check-in for both departure and return flights. It is also necessary to have your evoucher for hotel check-in. If these documents are not available or have been lost, a charge will apply for re-issue at the airport.
Q - If an eticket is lost before travel has begun, who will re-issue and at what cost? EDocs can be resent from itravel2000.com without a fee up to 48 hours prior to departure or check online if available to be downloaded directly. Email ticketing@itravel2000.com to Send eDocuments that are not available online.
Q - If eDocs are lost in destination, who will re-issue and at what cost? eDocs can be reissued in destination, however in some countries there is no access to Internet service. If a manual edoc needs to be issued a fee of $25.00 to $45.00 CAD will be charged. You must contact the local representative

Q - Is Sunquest issuing eDocs for their entire product line-up? No, for Cruise, Groups, Italy Land Product and Premier bookings, the Documents will be available at the airport 3 hours prior on the day of departure.
Q - When I make a last minute booking where can I get my tickets? Bookings made within 72 hours prior to departure will be available at the Sunquest Vacations Ticket counter at the airport.
Q - Where do I get baggage tags? Baggage tags are available at Sunquest airport counter.
Q - Where do I get tourist cards? Tourist cards are required for travel to Cuba & the Dominican Republic only. Passengers can pick them up at our airport counter on the day of departure.
Q - How do I get my tickets? For eTickets, one ticket will print listing all passengers sharing the same flight itinerary, up to a maximum of 9 passengers. For eVouchers, one hotel or car voucher will print listing passengers sharing one room or car. If your passengers do not plan to arrive at the airport altogether, we suggest you print more than one copy of the eticket. Q - Is Red Seal/Sunwing issuing eDocs for their entire product line-up? As of April1st, 2007 departures all destinations offered by Sunwing will now be eDocuments.
Q - How do I get my tickets? For all travel destinations, the eDocuments will be available at least 1 week prior to departure on the edocuments website. A additional charge will apply at the airport if the edocuments are not presented.

AIR TRANSAT HOLIDAYS / NOLITOURS |
Q - Is Air Transat Holidays/Nolitours issuing eDocs for their entire product line-up? Air Transat Holidays and Nolitours are officially switching over to E-docs for all destinations booked as of this Monday, November 23rd.
E-doc exceptions are as follows for both suppliers: All Disney products European train passes All land products for Greece Some European excursions European hotel chains where a passenger guide to arrange itinerary is required, such as B&B’s, Minotel, etc. Q - How do I get my tickets? For all destinations, individuals will receive their tickets via email within ONE week of travel. You will then print this information and take it to the airport as proof. For those that do not qualify for E-documents, please pick up your tickets at Transat / Nolitours ticket counter 3 hours prior to departure. Transat Holidays and Nolitours will be charging $30.00 reissuing fee at the airport in the event you arrive without your E-docs.
Q - How do I get my tourist cards if part of my package? Please note that for travel beginning on or after November 1, 2006, tourist cards will no longer be issued along with travel documents. For tickets issued as of October 1, 2006 on all departures to sun destinations starting November 1, tourist cards will now be distributed by the airlines onboard the aircraft.For other destinations, please pick up your tickets at Transat / Nolitours ticket counter 3 hours prior to departure.

SIGNATURE VACATIONS |
Q - Is Signature Vacations issuing eDocs for their entire product line-up? Signature Vacations is pleased to announce the launch of eDocuments on all routes nationally as of October 1, 2006 for air only and package departures beginning November 1, 2006.
Q - How do I get my tickets? eDocuments will replace the paper tickets currently being issued and will be available within 8 hours of confirmation for all bookings made within 5 days of departure. For bookings made 6 to 30 days prior to departure date and paid in full, eDocuments will be available within 48 hours. You will then print this information and take it to the airport as proof at least 3 hours prior to departure. A additional charge will apply at the airport if the edocuments are not presented.
Note: For booking numbers that are between 5 and 8 digits, you must enter 0 (Zeros) in front of the booking number to make it a full 8 digit number in order to access your edocuments. Example: If you booking number is "16271", you will need to enter "00016271".

Q - Is Tours Mont - Royal issuing eDocs for their entire product line-up? Tours Mont-Royal is pleased to announce the launch of eDocuments as of February 12, 2007.
Q - How do I get my tickets? eDocuments will replace the paper tickets currently being issued and will be available within 24 hours of confirmation for all bookings made within 5 days of departure. For bookings made 6 to 30 days prior to departure date and paid in full, eDocuments will be available within 2 weeks prior to departure. You will then print this information and take it to the airport as proof at least 3 hours prior to departure. A additional charge will apply at the airport if the edocuments are not presented.

AIR CANADA VACATIONS |
Q - Is Air Canada Vacations issuing eDocs for their entire product line-up? Effective August 1, 2007, Air Canada Vacations is now issuing all travel documents (tickets, vouchers) electronically. This applies to new bookings made today onward for all Air Canada Vacations destinations. Exception: Paper travel documents will continue to be issued for infants and all accompanying passengers traveling on the same booking (all destinations). An automatic charge of $10CAD will apply for document delivery within Ontario and $15CAD for destinations within Canada. For all other destinations, appropriate delivery charges will apply. An agent will contact you via EMAIL if delivery of documents are required.
Q - How do I get my tickets? Receive Email from our Ticketing Department, Print & GO! All travel documents are now dispatched in two emails: Land Voucher (hotel/cruise/airport-hotel transfers) Flights (e-ticket) Depending on the booking, you will receive one or both of these emails. Important: Passengers must print vouchers and flight itinerary for presentation where applicable.

Q - What do Air Canada, Northwest, Westjet, American, United, and all other regular airlines have? At this time, most airline carriers are paperless travel (also known as electronic tickets). You may contact the airline directly to confirm the status of your ticket directly with them. You may visit www.gtaa.com for further details on airline contact phone numbers or your local airport authority for further details.
Q - How do I get my tickets? As all tickets are electronic, all you will need is the confirmation number, your lastname, and all appropriate documentation for travel. For paper tickets that are required, an agent will contact you and a delivery charge will apply for these tickets. There are three possibilities in regards to retrieving your own tickets online: If your reservation has a numerical confirmation number like "1587334", please contact our online department at onlinesales@itravel2000.com for the Airline Locator. Once you have the Airline Locator you can sign in to the following site to retrieve your booking at www.virtuallythere.com, enter your Locator as provided, Enter your Lastname as required and enter info@holidaynetwork.ca as the email if required.
