GROUP DEFINITION

• An itravel2000 Wedding Group Booking will require a minimum of 10 or more full paying adults.

• If the number of adults in a group falls below 10, the booking will be subject to change in pricing, as the Group rate will no longer apply. Deposits paid for the cancelled number of seats will be non-refundable.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Itravel2000 reserves the right to request full names in the event of a Hotel stop sell situation.
• Group contracts for some suppliers/hotels require additional deposits, which will be outlined at the time of making the reservation.
• Once deposits are received we book space. Note. Space availability is not guaranteed until deposit is received – AND - the reservation is made with the airline/supplier.

NAMES

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide Full names as per travel documentation being used by them.
• Authorities are very attentive and no exceptions will be made.

TAXES

• Local departure taxes, which are not included with the given rates, are the passenger’s responsibility. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

INSURANCE

• Due to the highly restrictive nature of your trip itravel2000 recommends that you purchase our low priced travel Insurance.

FARES & TICKETS

• Package prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
• All wedding package prices on location are quoted in US Dollars and are payable locally to the Hotel/Wedding Coordinator.
• All fares are 100% non-refundable and certain restrictions may apply.
• In some cases, tickets will be electronic except when airlines require paper tickets.
• Final payment (check/credit card payments) is due 60 days prior to departure.
• An itravel2000 representative will call or email you to confirm your details and ticket delivery information.
• Prices, availability, and dates are subject to change as per airline rules and regulations.
• Tickets will be delivered to us 2-3 weeks prior to departure, after which tickets will be mailed to you, courier charges are extra.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

• Special requests, for example, room locations, adjoining rooms, bed preferences, in-flight meal requirements, in flight seating requirements, sky cots, etc., cannot be guaranteed by itravel2000.
• While itravel2000 will attempt to see that such special requests are made, itravel2000 cannot be held responsible if such special requests cannot be fulfilled.
• For group seat selection you must advise itravel2000 45 days prior to departure.

DOCUMENTATION

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain, at his own expense, all documentation required by all relevant government authorities, and this may vary depending on citizenship status.
• In the event that the passenger does not possess the documentation required by the destination or the carrier, the carrier reserves the right to refuse passage.

CONSUMER ADVISORY

• Itravel2000 has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the details in our Weddings content however we cannot be held responsible due to changes in Pricing/Inclusions and regulations.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to reconfirm details for wedding requirements with the concerned Consulates/Embassies.

ITRAVEL2000’S RESPONSIBILITY

itravel2000 makes arrangements with airlines, coach companies, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with the travel services and other services you purchase. Although itravel2000 takes reasonable care in selecting these suppliers, itravel2000 is unable and does not have any control over them and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. The travel services provided are subjects to The Travel Industry Act (Ont.), Travel Agents Act (BC), and regulations there under and are subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets, and vouchers and international conventions and agreements (e.g.: The Warsaw Convention, The Athens Convention & The London Convention). Itravel2000 shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, resulting from any delay, substitution of equipment, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying and of the services or accommodation herein, it’s agents, servants, employees, subcontractors, or for any claims for such loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, arising there from, or from any cause that arises by reason of actions of parties other than itravel2000. itravel2000 reserves the right to decline any passenger as a member of these tours at any time.
