On-screen TV Personality
in Calgary or Edmonton

We’re looking for enthusiastic travel fans to appear on top rated breakfast TV programs in Calgary and Edmonton. You need to be able to talk articulately and with authority about the travel business. This is a part time role for a few hours twice a week. You’d be responsible for preparing your segments with the assistance of the experts at itravel2000.com.

Sales Representatives

• We are seeking energetic individuals to work in our busy Sales Call Center. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Canada's most recognizable travel companies.
  
  Qualifications...
  
• Minimum 1 year retail travel experience or completion of 2 years in travel + tourist program
  
• Excellent communication and written skills
  
• Self motivated and the ability to work independently and within a team
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a varied workload
  
• Full understanding of Sabre TICO certified
  
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
  
• Good understanding of Microsoft products (word, excel, outlook, etc)

Customer Service Representatives

• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum 1 year retail travel experience and/or completion of 2 years in travel + tourist program
• Full understanding of Sabre
• TICO certified Strong communication and listening skills
• Self motivated and the ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Proven problem solving skills
• Basic Apollo experience with knowledge of Microsoft Word is required
• Ability to manage a varied workload and work well under pressure
• Resolve customer issues amicably with tour operators / airlines
