One of the most treasured phenomena in Canada is the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis in which curtains of colour flicker across the night sky. It is a magical sight that is best viewed in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and parts of Northern Manitoba. Niagara Falls is another world-renowned natural splendor with more than 177 feet of crashing water and mist. Many daredevils throughout the years have attempted to go over the falls.
